A per address charge of $3.99 will be added to each additional shipping address.
The majority of our shipments are shipped via United States Postal Service.
Shipping Surcharge
In response to inflation pressures and peak surcharges passed along by our carriers, a $1.99 surcharge per order will be added.
Additional Delivery Items
Additional delivery items require special packaging and additional freight. Where this is necessary, the item is designated with an alpha code. The chart below shows the additional fee which will be calculated on your order.

Additional delivery items may be delivered by Fedex Home or Common Carrier. Truck shipped items will be delivered to the first floor of your home. You must include your phone number so we can coordinate delivery time.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Possessions
Gifts being shipped outside the 48 states are shipped by air, so please add $14.99, in addition to the standard shipping and processing charges. Sorry, we cannot ship fresh fruit, meats (except sausages and hams 8 oz. or less), or live plants.
APO/FPO Addresses
In support of our troops and their families, we will not apply the additional charge for APO/FPO addresses. Standard shipping charges still apply. Sorry, we cannot ship fresh fruit, meats (except sausages and hams 8 oz. or less), or live plants.
Expedited and Express Service
For faster delivery, you may choose Expedited or Express Service during checkout. These services are only available on orders for in-stock items delivered within the Continental U.S. The following do not qualify for these shipping options: 1) orders weighing over 30 lbs.; 2) some oversized items; 3) items being shipped direct from the manufacturer; 4) shipments going outside the Continental U.S. (most items sent overseas are already shipped by air).
Expedited Delivery — add $12.99 per address. Expedited usually arrives in 3-5 business days.
Express Delivery — add $24.99 per address and must be ordered by 11:00 p.m. Central Time. Express delivery usually arrives in 1-2 business days.
Jewelry
Several jewelry items are postpaid. Shipping and processing is already included in the price.
Live Plants
We deliver only the finest potted plants, packaged with your personal message and care instructions. For optimum freshness, we ship via 2-3 day Priority Mail with an extra $4.99 charge. Deliveries to the Continental U.S. only. Saturday and Sunday deliveries not available. We are unable to accept orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
Cooler Charges
Ham and Turkey: For freshness and quality, each item arrives in its own insulated cooler (at an additional $9.99 charge).
Other Meats and Perishable Foods: Our packaging and delivery of meats and fine perishable foods is second to none. Each quick-frozen selection is carefully packed in a double-strength gift box, then nestled in a premium, reusable insulated cooler containing dry ice. One insulated cooler can be used to ship multiple selections to one address, so it is value priced at just $9.99 per address (only for deliveries that include one or more frozen items).
Please note that frozen and non-frozen items will be shipped separately, so they may arrive a few days apart.
Because we ship frozen items by a premium delivery service, we must deliver to a street address, and have a phone number where you can be reached during the day. Shipments to Hawaii are sent by Federal Express 2-Day Air service at an additional charge. Please call our Customer Service Department at 800-282-3829 for more information.
